For decades, Middletown Dental Center relied strictly on word-of-mouth and phone book listings. While the practice was well-loved by existing patients, it was virtually invisible to new residents searching online. There was no domain, no branding assets, and no way for patients to verify services or hours without calling. The challenge wasn't just redesigning a site; it was translating an "oldschool" offline reputation into a modern digital format without losing the practice's personal, small-town touch.
A Trust-First Digital Receptionist.
I built a "Trust-First" Framer site designed to act as a 24/7 receptionist. Since this was their first site, I prioritized intuitive navigation for older demographics, ensuring high contrast and readable typography. I engineered a straightforward "New Patient" flow that digitizes the intake process, reducing front-desk friction. Visually, I balanced modern clean lines with warm, welcoming imagery to bridge the gap between clinical excellence and neighborly care.
From Invisible to Local Authority.
The practice now possesses a high-performance asset that ranks locally for key dental terms. The site loads instantly on mobile—crucial for emergency dental searches—and provides immediate access to booking and insurance info. By moving from "no site" to a premium Framer experience, Middletown Dental Center has future-proofed its business, capturing leads that were previously going to competitors simply because they couldn't be found.
